Lavish look in a top spot
A new apartment project in Ryde is offering lavish living at an affordable price — and residents are itching to move in.
Qube, a boutique building with a total cost value of $42 million, has just been completed.
With more than half of the 42 apartments now sold, buyers are looking forward to calling the chic site home in the next few weeks.

James Bell, associate director of McGrath Projects, this week told The Daily Telegraph the design of the building, which spans five levels, was a standout.
“It has a real contemporary look and features lots of glass which lets in natural light,” Mr Bell said.
“The entry has a real international lobby feel to it with a beautiful staircase and a triple-height ceiling, so you feel like you have entered a hotel when you walk in,” he said.
Named after the building’s cube-like structure, the project is designed by Stephen Bowers Architects, based in Pyrmont.
The iProsperity Group development has taken shape in the suburb’s Junction St, replacing three freestanding homes.
According to CoreLogic records, the developer purchased the former residential site at No. 2-6 for $9 million in 2016.
Rezoning has since allowed for the mixed use site to go up on the block spanning about 560 sqm.
The one- and two-bedroom units all come with secure underground parking, storage and balconies, which show district views.
Internal features include Miele appliances, stone benchtops and floor-to-ceiling tiles in the bathrooms.

One-bedroom options start from $650,000 and two-bedders, which have 75 sqm to 84 sqm of internal space plus the balcony room, cost upwards of $839,000.
Two maisonette apartments are on the top tier of the building. These are generating plenty of interest.
Mr Bell said most buyers were first-timers or downsizers drawn to location, value for money and space.
